This wine is 100% Pinot Noir, all Wadenswil clone. Sourced from Oregon Tilth certified organic Stermer Vineyard with Willakenzie sedimentary soil in the Yamhill Carlton AVA. The vines were yielded only 2.2 tons per acre.
CELLAR
The fruit was destemmed with a high proportion of whole berries. Aged 15 months in French oak barrels, 48% new. Only 502 cases produced.
