This wine is 100% Yellow Muscat sourced from estate vineyards with volcanic, mineral rich soils.
CELLAR
Fermented and aged 6 months in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is finished dry with only .7% residual sugar and plenty of bright acidity.
