VINEYARD
This wine is 70% Furmint and 30% Hárslevelü sourced from estate vineyards with volcanic, mineral rich soils.  As is traditional, this wine contains a very high proportion of botrytized fruit.

CELLAR
This wine is fermented and then aged for 3 years in 220L Hungarian oak barrels. The resulting wine had 18.8% residual sugar and 9.5 g/L acidity.
